Field Coat | Sashiko
This is a special one.
The Sashiko Field Coat is made from a heavyweight Japanese indigo sashiko fabric—deep blue, richly textured, and with the kind of density you notice the moment you pick it up.
The fabric weighs in around 11.5 oz and features a dense, rice-grain surface created by tightly woven cotton yarns. Those yarns are dyed with real indigo before weaving, giving the cloth its subtle, marbled character and a finish that softens and fades beautifully over time. Traditionally, sashiko fabrics were valued for being tough yet breathable—strong enough for work, comfortable enough for everyday wear.
We kept the design straightforward. A classic field coat silhouette, clean lines, and practical pockets. Nothing extra. The fabric does the talking.

We offer free shipping and returns on all orders over $250.

SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed before 9am EST will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 9am EST will ship the next day.
- Orders placed after 9am EST on Fridays and anytime on weekends will ship the following Monday.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
This Shipping Insurance Policy applies to shipments of orders purchased through Raleigh Denim and provides coverage for any damage, loss or theft that occurs during the shipping process. By purchasing shipping insurance, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
