Because this denim is unsanforized, it will shrink approximately two sizes during its first soak and wear.
Don't worry about the math - we'll handle it for you. Simply order your usual size, and we'll cut your jeans larger so they shrink down to the perfect fit. We will send you instructions on how to shrink the fabric for your first wear.
The last Levi’s factory closed in Bakersville, NC, back in 2005, leaving behind a limited supply of North Carolina-made fabrics. We bought a couple rolls of unsanforized Cone Mills selvage denim originally made for Levi’s LVC and have been sitting on it, waiting for the right moment. That moment is now.
An incredibly rare fabric, finally getting its turn.

SHIPPING
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.
- Orders placed before 9am EST will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 9am EST will ship the next day.
- Orders placed after 9am EST on Fridays and anytime on weekends will ship the following Monday.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
This Shipping Insurance Policy applies to shipments of orders purchased through Raleigh Denim and provides coverage for any damage, loss or theft that occurs during the shipping process. By purchasing shipping insurance, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
